Welcome to Food Haven
Kiku is a modern all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant, its food is a fusion of Japanese cuisine and lounging food. Kiku has 2 restaurants, one located in North York, while the other one is in Markham. It has a large menu the food there is always prepared fresh. The restaurant uses an Ipad as a menu and a waiter. You can add and remove food on the menu on the Ipad, and when you are done, you can send the order to the kitchen remotely. The food would start to come out after about 5 minutes of ordering and this shows how skilled the chefs must be to produce good quality food in such short time. The cost for all-you-can-eat is around $25, which is not on the expensive side for this type of restaurant. On the menu, they have soups, salads, rice, noodles, fried items like tempura, grilled items like beef ribs, rolls, sashimi and desserts. The wide range of different desserts really surprised me because normally, all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants only have ice cream. At Kiku, you can even get tiramisu, mango pudding, deep fried bananas, and a personal favourite, DEEP FRIED MILK.They also have a wide array of drinks, such as wines, beers, sake, cocktails, and martinis which I cannot drink legally. They even provide takeout if you cannot go to the restaurant itself. You can find the menu on their website by clicking here. The food there was visually very appealing and tasted very good. The atmosphere at Kiku was great and the service there was decent. Now I'm not part of Le Guide Michelin but I would rate this restaurant 3.5/5.

I went the Kiku the other day after reading this and I completely agree with what you have said. The atmosphere is good with its urban setting. It fits well with its Japanese and lounge food fusion.
